Jasper County, Missouri Amateur Radio Emergency Services June 6, 2023 Agenda
1) Pledge of Allegiance and address any new members
2) Net Controls for the Following:

3) New DEC John Wahl has resigned by end of month June
4) Looking at some dates for a meet and greet during early fall. This will give time to promote it. This can be done either with Salvation Army or separately.Potentially do a ARES, JARC, SATURN, SKYWARN, Cherokee ARES involved. No Food, maybe just drinks. Potentially create a digital flyer to put on facebook and put online.
June 13th at Humphrey park JARC is having a meet and greet at 6pm asking people to bring side dish.
5) All leadership should help on as many events possible. Need to help promote ARES. Leadership should keep their phones with them in case your called for an emergency.
6) Bike Rides:

7) Field Day suggestions. Do with club by using Satern equipment or do a separate one. (need to advertise the separate one)
8) Downtown Third Thursday Closing dates: (community service)Potentially get ron to come out and do the Morse Code when we do our 3rd Thursday event

9) Need everyone to start working on your event radios and equipment to getting them prep for upcoming events.
10) Training: Suggestions to keep on third Tuesday or add to meeting dates. Sauntering will be the next training, bring what you need completed.
11) Waiting on next work day at the 145.190 Carthage repeater site.
12) Any suggestions or comments that has not been brought up for the group?
13) Cherokee County ARES has forms that need filled out with a photo in order to enter a emergency site to assist.

KS/MO Skywarn Storm Spotters Alliance Group has the 7:00 pm net on 145.350 on Mondays nights
Jasper County ARES net on Monday evenings. At 8:00 pm for Jasper County ARES. 444.625 / 91.5
District D ARES net on Fridays at 7:30pm 45.390 / 91.5
